Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver diving projects in line with our Quality Management system, Group Policies, and marine industry standards. You will oversee the financial, service, quality, and health & safety aspects of project delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Embrace our safety culture and ensure all work is briefed and compliant with safe systems. Project Delivery: Develop and manage safe work systems and dive project plans; oversee tasks including feasibility studies, design, site supervision, specification writing, and cost estimation. Business Development: Prepare quotes and ITTs for new business opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track the technical and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Team Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager in enhancing technical and project management capabilities (people, processes, and tools). Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure that expectations and requirements are met. Requirements:
A qualification in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of the UK Diving at Work Regulations 1997 and supporting codes of practice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional, including MS Project. Eligibility for Security Clearance up to SC. Desirable:
