Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted projects and initiatives to drive improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction into the
business at an accelerated pace.Influence strategy and lead organizational turnaround projects and campaigns tied to new product development, material
availability, quality, manufacturing and logistical efficiencies, process and system improvements, and supply base maturity.Measure/track performance while developing individual and team capability in a matrixed environment.Analyze current business state with regards to TSV products, engineering, manufacturing and operations, with the
foresight to propel our organization and establish long-term success.Leverage common best-practice processes and establish benchmarking activities to achieve improved planning, visibility,
performance, and effectiveness.Use agreed-upon and defined stage gate process to guide all project activities and milestone signoff and manage project
timing, goals, and budget.Coordinate with stakeholders on planning activities to ensure needs are understood and incorporated into the project.Create and maintain written reports on project status, tests, costs, issues, performance to established targets, and timelines on a regular basis

required in a related fieldSoftware Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft office applications, intermediate to advanced skills in lifecycle management softwareDemonstrated knowledge and experience in negotiation strategies and tactics, communication, organization, and time
management skillsPMP certification through Project Management Institute preferred
