Job Description

NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises Marketing and Creative Project Manager is a dynamic project leader, responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, development and execution of FIFA World Cup 2026 and other Marketing projects for Telemundo Network, from start to finish.

 

This position requires excellent planning and leadership skills across all department areas within the Marketing and Creative division, as well as exceptional communication, organization, problem solving and prioritization skills, with a team-player mentality.

This position will report to the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Project Management for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises.

This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

 

Responsibilities

 

Responsible for driving and managing the planning, development and execution of all all-promotional milestones for FIFA World Cup 2026 and other Marketing projectsResponsible for building, tracking and managing all promotional milestones, and completing them on timely mannerDefine overall project and milestone scope of work, and identify resources needed to support the teamAccountable for managing and tracking project budget, and communicating budget challenges in a timely manner to avoid unexpected additional costsProactively create, update and improve required project documentation and reports, to facilitate team alignment and project visibilityAbility to independently think one step ahead, spot project risks, think of potential solutions, and mitigate and/or escalate risks as needed to ensure project stays on track and on timeResponsible for communicating project progress to key stakeholders within Marketing leadership team and across the companyFunction as a communication facilitator, ensuring cross-functional alignment and resolving communication challenges that might surge during the life of a projectSchedule, plan and lead project meetings with different team members and stakeholders from all function and seniority levels across the organizationCapture meeting agreements and next steps, distribute them to team and track progressFacilitate project information to team in a timely mannerEnsure project is finalized to the contentment of all stakeholders, within the designated budget and timelineProactively evaluate and capture project's success and challenges, and identify ways to improve those areas throughout the cycle of the projectIdentify ways to improve project techniques, documentation, tools and/or reports throughout the cycle of the project

Qualifications/Requirements

5+ years' experience in the Media and Entertainment Industry5+ year’s Marketing, Creative and/or Marketing Operations backgroundProject Management certificationStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situationExcellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organizationExceptional Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point and Excel are an absolute requirement)Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a must (written and spoken)
