Job Description: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support construction projects in the Triangle area. The successful candidate will direct activities of workers involved in implementing these projects, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.Oversee the project timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Facilitate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Sector Focus:

Commercial sector, including healthcare, higher education, pharmaceutical, and government projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
