Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects across North-America to ensure timely and quality completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create project schedules, manage resources, participate in prioritizing projects, control progress, and communicate status using project management tools, reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators. Build and maintain relationships with key project decision-makers. Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to agree on technical design solutions that enhance project outcomes. Provide technical support throughout the project. Execute and ensure quality documentation of current and future solution designs.
