Project Manager
Job Description Managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives. Planning, organizing, delivering and monitoring using tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Ensure the implementation of enterprise change standards for the given book of work. Help facilitate governance, change controls and risk management processes. Ability to connect business outcomes with operational and technology considerations. Identify checklist of required items that need to be executed Establish and adhere to timeline for deliverable Runs project meetings PPRT setup and ongoing management Completion of all required record maintenance from non-material projects Project budget, and burn rate Accountable for managing project health status and escalating risk Responsible for adhering to all requirements within the framework and structure Maintain the prioritization of all program deliverables / projects Maintain project plans Signoff on required deliverables for the project Readiness communications are complete Primary Point of contact for the project deliverables For projects with technology, is responsible for obtaining all required evidence from Technology Lead We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5 years min experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills High proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Word and Power Point Technically adept and able to learn new/complex order entry system Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment High degree of attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization Financial Services industry experience Experience with PPRP workflow application PMP Certification desired Top 3 Skills: 1. PPRP application experience 2. Project Management experience 3.
