Responsibilities

Own, manage and be accountable for the projects allocated in terms of scope delivery, time/schedule, cash out, quality.Orchestrate, facilitate, and optimize the flow of value and activities with all the different stakeholders involved in projects.Manage all the Phases of Project starting from Initiation to Closing including site co-ordinationFocus on managing critical path and risks, not solely on tasks tracking.Motivate and challenge teams to deliver according to plan.Ensure business decision-making throughout the team & process.Facilitating planning, aggregate objectives, ensure proper vision, and execution.Regularly publishing information to ensure visibility, transparency, and escalation.Put customer and quality at the center of the project.
