About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead an Offshore Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) project based in Perth, with execution in Indonesia. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring adherence to technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Offshore FEED Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Oversee engineering, procurement, and design activities to meet industry standards and client expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure successful execution. Coordinate and liaise with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with industry safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining performance and quality standards. Provide leadership and effective communication across project teams and key stakeholders. Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients. Engage with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Requirements: Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas industry. Proven expertise in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) for offshore projects. Strong understanding of Carbon Capture & Integration (CCI) projects and renewable energy integration. Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with structured planning and execution. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an international project environment. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts. Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Why Join?
