Airswift has been tasked by a major petrochemical client to seek a Project Manager to work within their facilities in Victoria, TX for an initial 12-month contract with benefits. 
Within this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing small capital projects to deliver timely, economical, and safe completion. 
Daily responsibilities:

Define and coordinate the work of engineering disciplines, both in-house and contract. Review and approve drawings including flow sheets, isos, layouts, etc, and vendor submittals. Prepare procedures, specifications, and bid packages. Specify, requisitions, and expedite materials and equipment. Coordinate construction and turnover to operations.

Previous education and experience required:

5-10 years of project engineering experience in the chemical industry (petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, etc.) Must be capable of handling multiple assignments with projects ranging in size from $500K to $5MM. Must be able to run multiple small projects in parallel. Proficient in Microsoft Products, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects.
