We are looking for Project Manager to join our navy team. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.
About the position:
With reference to, and in close cooperation with the program manager, your focus will be on project management for marine systems for governmental customers. The main activities range from pre- sales contract to handover of the end of lifetime of the system delivery. You are adding value by planning the work scope of the projects, balancing stakeholders' interest, facilitating getting the deliverables done with focus on high standards of quality, security, time and budget.
In this position, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
• Leading, managing and developing your assigned project team.
• Act as the point of contact for the customer and internal stakeholders in project related topics.
• Develop, coordinate, execute, and maintain plan data as per contractual specification.
• Planning and leading the execution of assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from start up to project closure.
• Accountable for the performance of the project deliverables, and project budget.
• Facilitate technical solutions, including support for team members.
• Responsible for internal project status /milestone reviews and reporting.
• Responsible to follow on internal as well as contractual quality and security procedures.
• Coordination and Facilitation of equipment deliveries.
• Participation in supplier equipment FAT.
• Advise on any changes to design and potential cost impacts.
• Assist other team members when needed.
• Manage external and internal stakeholders.
• Active Participation in project meetings (also overseas, when needed)
• Maintain the confidentiality level required by governmental contracts.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
• Bachelor of Science in a relevant specialisation, e.g. electrical, electronic or software engineering, focusing on OT systems.
• Good ERP system knowledge.
• 5 - 10 years of working experience in the marine or OT industry.
• 5 years' experience as Project manager.
• General Cyber security knowledge
• Understanding of Platform equipment functionality (Valves, Pumps, switch gear etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel overseas.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to act as mentor and facilitator for your team
• You have a high work ethics.
• You are an are ambitious team player - ready to make the effort for achieving team success.

• Able to handle several projects simultaneously.
