Project Manager

Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a newly created role, focusing on the management of our variation projects.

About the role:

Oversee the development and successful delivery of project goals and objectives. Manage the scope of work for Variation Requests, including designing and planning the necessary activities. Prepare and create contract Variation Proposal documentation. Ensure the activities of suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants are developed, implemented, and monitored to align with contractual requirements. Identify potential project risks and create contingency plans to ensure smooth project continuity. Manage the variation project post-approval, including overseeing inductions, safety audits, timelines, communication, and providing updates as needed.

 

About You:

Proven experience in managing commercial projects and developing construction documentation for successful delivery. Previous experience in the health sector is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
