Project Manager
We are excited to announce we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager, Project Support will manage the operational aspects of the Project Support team. The Project Support team provides end user support of our Salesforce solution, data stewardship, and business operational support. Our goal is to provide exceptional services to our internal and external customers. The Project Manager, Project support will ensure that all project work and assigned operational projects are completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices. A successful candidate must have experience managing operational activities, providing end user support and suggesting operational process improvements. The position liaises with the cross-functional teams within the organization to drive the identification and delivery of solutions that support Patient Project Support This role requires relationship management, business analysis, and project management skills as well as knowledge of various applications such as Salesforce.com, Veeva, Tableau, and Processes etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Responsible for delivery of Project Management services. · Responsible for delivery of the following System License Management & Administration · Responsible for supporting operational processes utilized by the Project Support team. · Responsible for delivery of the following iEngage Development Services: · Discovery: § Identify process improvements for existing operational processes or features, aimed at optimizing efficiency, streamlining workflows, reducing manual efforts, and reducing end-user escalations. § In collaboration with and as directed by AbbVie, prioritize enhancements to iEngage that support and create efficiencies for IQVIA operations. § Solution Design: Problem Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Impact Assessment § Develop: Story Development and Sprint Review § Train: Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions with iEngage Development Team § Release and Hypercare: Release documentation and communication, Issue Tracking and Resolution and Retrospective. § Monitor & Respond: System, operational and maintenance issue resolution. · Responsible for participating in daily/weekly client calls and delivery of monthly and quarterly operational reports. · Support the Director, Project Support with project activities to achieve quality deliverables and high customer value. · Manage operational processes for activities such as: marketing cloud emails, new users, and account record transfers. · Manage operational projects including process improvement and implementation of new support tools and processes. · Drive the execution and delivery of solutions by managing cross-functional stakeholders including IT and Business functions. · Collaborate with project team to develop project timelines and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, etc. · Assures that all activities are performed in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client SOPs (if applicable). **Minimum requirements:** · Bachelor's Degree required. · 5+ years Project Management · Salesforce experience required. · Biotech/Life Science industry experience is preferred. · Customer Support or Help Desk experience preferred. · Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure · Ability to quickly learn details of multiple IT systems, integrations and cloud applications · Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation, and presentation skills. · Demonstrated ability/experience in thinking at a high-level but have the ability to get into details · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level. · 10% travel required \#LI-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
