Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:•Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.•Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.•Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.•Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mecatronic, Electro - mecanic, Electronic Engineering6+ yrs experience in Project Management and execution in Electro - mechanical industryKnowledge of PMI/PMBOK Knowledge of Electric systemsAdvanced English Project Execution with Mexican government entities (PEMEX, CFE, CONAGUA, SEDENA) Preferred
