Must-Have Qualifications Experience: Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience (as close as possible). SE License: Required. Education: Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering (U.S. university required). Technical Expertise: Experience in Type I construction (steel and concrete structures). Experience with ground-up construction (60-70%) and renovations (30-40%). Familiarity with Mission Critical Facilities. Proven ability to manage large-scale structural projects. Leadership & Client Management: Ability to act as a strong, decisive leader and manage a team of engineers and designers. Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects and maintaining client relationships. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD. Experience in seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41.
