Job Duties:        

Ensure both effective and efficient execution of the agreed work (package) in such a way that the QHSE, technical, commercial, and contractual requirements are met. Work with a marine project team to achieve an optimal balance between cost, time, and quality, and between cost, benefit, and risk on national and international marine projects of various complexities, and support on projects of higher complexity. The geotechnical projects include both the Marine Wind Farms and the Marine Oil and Gas industry and are developed mainly in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Support the proposal development process as a discipline specialist and manage and deliver proposals. Work with project teams and drive a positive safety culture. Create suitable project governance, communication lines, and clarity on project roles and responsibilities to enable team members to deliver their full potential. Develop project documentation including project execution plans, risk management plans, and internal performance plans in consultation with key stakeholders. Work on the process of identifying and mitigating project risk and exploiting opportunities in close collaboration with the business development, proposal development, technical, and operational staff. Ensure all personnel are adhering to HSE requirements, applicable regulations, and company policy. Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the company's Quality/Safety Management Systems. Partake in management HSE inspections at least four (4) times per year. Stimulate the reporting of accidents/incidents. Ensure action is taken on reported accidents/incidents. Monitor

project budgets, schedules, and performance and use the intelligence to take action to mitigate risk and exploit opportunity. Maintain a financial forecast, measure the value of work in progress, and ensure cash flow is maximized. Communicate project progress, issues, and lessons effectively with clients, internal partners, and sub‐contractors. Plan and ensure clarity and understanding of communication routes in a project. Support elements across the Fugro project lifecycle.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geosciences, Geotechnical, or related field.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

Project Manager or any occupation or job title in which 2 years of relevant experience with multiple marine projects of complexity level‐3 in the discipline of marine soil mechanics and marine geotechnical acquisition data was gained.

Special Requirement:

May telecommute 2 days per week.

Travel Requirement:

10% domestic and international travel.
