He/She will be responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.** **Key responsibilities:** + **Project Management** **Responsible for the end to end project management of all product innovation projects, including project scoping, planning, progress management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management & etc.** 1. **Scoping: Determine and define project scope and objectives** 2. **Planning : Develops plans / timetables for task completion using appropriate project management tools. Build scenario planning for senior management team decision making** 3. **Financial Management: Estimate product cost in project explore phase and ensure no significant deviation VS final product** 4. **Project tracking & report : Closely monitors all the project progress , trouble shooting with project team & ensures timeline on track. Consolidates follow up with each sub project leader. Issues project meeting minutes & regular progress reports.
