Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and update project schedules, manage project budgets, and perform job cost analysis to ensure financial health. Plan and Spec Analysis: Analyze plans and specifications to provide clear, trackable interpretations for construction, and resolve design issues or conflicts. Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct quality control activities, ensure compliance with architectural/engineering standards, and manage document control functions. Change Order Management: Oversee and price change orders, track subcontractor changes, and prepare budget updates as needed. Stakeholder Coordination: Attend and prepare for project coordination meetings, manage relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Project Close-Out: Manage punch list completion, as-built document tracking, and warranty administration for project close-out.
