Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Project Director, you will create impact within our Project Management Team within the Project Management Capability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

The primary function of Project Management in our business is to effectively meet client requirements by overseeing the project processManage the schedule, and ensuring that the work of our practitioners is delivered on time, within budget, and following both quality standards and client objectives.You should possess a strong background in Project Management.To adapt and perform from the start quickly.You will also get exposure to ad tech, paid media, data analytics or any other Digital Marketing projects where capacity and commercial needs arises.

Qualifications

 

Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in project management, within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency

Confident in leading a wide variety of projects, from creative design and production, language services, paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation

Have a good understanding of the digital landscape, marketing and web technologies

Ability to comprehend business objectives, identify opportunities and challenges

Good grasp of project scoping and estimation, producing production costs and timings to establish realistic budgets and deadlines

Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns working with strategy, analytics, creative, tech and media teams

Proficient with project management tools for timeline planning and projects tracking (e.g. Asana, Smartsheets, JIRA, Wrike, Microsoft Project) 

Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies is preferred (e.g. Kanban and Scrum)

Own the project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints, financial guidelines, and responsible management of financial resources throughout the project

Adept at building relationships at all levels, inspiring confidence in the successful delivery of projects, and facilitating effective communication between internal business units

Strong internal stakeholder management skills, partnering with client managers on upholding client expectations on scope, timelines and budgets

A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering great work against best practices and values to the business and client

Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Identifies and addresses potential project risks, devising contingency plans

Manages scope and change requests to avoid delays and cost overages

Monitors project performance, prepares KPI reports, and addresses issues proactively

Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating clearly with all stakeholders

Embrace a culture of ownership, openness, teamwork and integrity

Ambitious, keen learner with a positive attitude, and a good team player; collaborative but also a good self-starter, able to work independently and self-driven (onboarding and training support will be provided to ensure you are set up for success across a wide variety of projects)

Ability to prioritise effectively across several projects, managing time and resources according to each project delivery requirements on a daily and/or weekly basis (as required)

A fierce sense of responsibility and ownership and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, adhering to best practices, and adding value

Resilient; Able to work under pressure, resourceful, and proven ability to adapt and manage tight deadlines

Advantageous:

Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies

Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP)

Adequate understanding of Project Delivery Frameworks and Governance

Experience working on language-driven processes, understanding linguist workflows (directly or via a language services team)

Experience working within localisation/ asset adaptation workflows across multiple asset types - video, digital display, social, OOH/DOOH, print (some general knowledge/awareness in this space)

Extensive experience in fast-paced media asset production account, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, delivery and project financials
