Job Title: Project Manager Advanced (>6 years)

Location: New York, NY 10166

Duration: 12 months of Contract

Rate: $70.34/ hr on W2

Description:

Responsibilities

Lead a 12-18 month data migration project that includes switching cloud service providers, rebuilding data pipelines, orchestration workflows, data models, rebuilding dashboards, and managing data strategy and data governance lifecycle from source to consumption. Partner with team leads to define project objectives, targets and timelines. Partner with dedicated data owners, analysts, and data engineers to define scope requirements. Prioritize tasks, coordinate and lead meetings, and facilitate the project. Identify and evaluate project risks and takes appropriate action to mitigate them. Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory controls; maintain accurate and complete documentation, including strong written and verbal communication. Create and maintain project status updates and communications to consistently manage stakeholder expectations. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project is delivered on time.

Qualifications

8+ years relevant experience in project management. Experience managing 1yr + projects. Experience managing JIRA/Confluence to support project management. Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem solving and influencing skills. Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work Knowledge of the Data & Analytics tools and Business Intelligence Platforms.
