Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Project leadership for the air suspension and development of electronic air suspension systems. The project manager will lead all aspects of project development to ensure the project is ongoing and financially successful. Interaction will be with the customer and all internal members.First customer contact partner for questions & concerns.Management, sales, logistics, industrial engineering, prototype shop).Tracking all financial figures using global PS.Responsible for adherence to schedules for engineering milestones & gate releases.Alignment of the customer requirements with the current Continental specificationsRepresenting air spring competence during acquisition activities for timing.Maintenance of engineering schedule and with other disciplines, including customer milestonesVerification of customer/supplier requirements with internal specifications/requirementsTracking all financial figures using global PS.Supporting Air Spring Design competence at Customer meetingsCRP assistance for optimization of development processes used in the group.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeAbility to demonstrate project management skills to ensure that all core team members are aligned to deliver a successful project on time. (purchasing, project)Minimum 5 years of  relevant professional experience in the Automotive industryExpert knowledge in project timing using excel or Microsoft project.Experience in interaction with international project team.
