Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, sales, and agency partners in paid media and creative. Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently and track expenses to optimize spending. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies accordingly. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Experience collaborating with agency partners (paid media, creative, etc.) Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Project, and Workfront. Prior experience managing global and regional marketing campaigns.
