Project Manager Assistant
Job Description An employer in Louisville KY is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join their team for a permanent direct hire opportunity! The "PMA" supports project managers throughout the project lifecycle by preparing subcontracts, managing purchase orders, and balancing owner contracts in Timberline. They organize project documentation, assist with scheduling, and facilitate communication between all parties. They monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations. Additionally, they help resolve project issues, prepare progress reports, and take on tasks as directed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Timberline, and excellent communication are essential for this role.
