1. Project Management:
Plan and manage medium to large scale projects from start to finish. Responsible for the overall delivery of projects ensuring smooth resource planning and management across various projects Ability to work independently. Oversee and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion. Designing and executing comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope and budget, hence close monitoring and tracking of deliverables are required. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, milestone achievements and ensuring time, scope and budget remains within pre-agreed contract. Handle project-related client communications and maintain client relationships. Ensure high-quality standards in the delivery of consulting services across project management, change management and risk management.
2. Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; act as the point of contact for client queries and concerns. Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored consultancy advice coupled with technology know how and appropriate solutions. Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and issues in the projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
4. Change Management:
Previous experience on this service would be an added advantage. Ability to guide client on adaptation journey.
To qualify, candidates must meet with the following requirements:
Degree in Engineering / MIS / IT / Business Information Systems from recognized university. Minimum 1 year of experience in project management. Knowledge on renowned ERP / fintech solutions. Knowledge on business processes, BPR initiatives, and Value steam mapping. Problem-solving mind-set and analytical skills. Strong People Management skills. Sound written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and Project Management skills. Ability to speak fluent English & Sinhala.
