The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This dual role requires someone who is adept at gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, and driving projects forward using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for various projects * Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure Agile principles are adhered to throughout the project * Workflow Diagrams & User Stories: Develop and maintain comprehensive workflow diagrams and user stories to clearly communicate project requirements and objectives * Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication * JIRA Management: Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency in project status and deliverables * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management practices * Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as necessary to ensure project success
