Client is looking for a PM/DL for a long term contract position. The have a large body of work around the offers management platform and need a PM to help assist with that effort. This is tech PM work not just project tracking/management. Personality will be very important for this role--he wants someone who can be flexible, handle shifting directions/priorities, and bring good positive energy.
Looking for a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end lifecycle accountability to deliver the right technology solution while following the Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, controlling and closing the technology components and deliverables within project. This candidate will also be responsible for leading and delivering technology solutions with quality, on-time, and within budget.
Daily Responsibilities¿
¿ Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery of technology solution –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
¿ Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams.
¿ Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
¿ Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Articulate clear updates and critical path.
¿ Gathers and facilitates project updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to deliver, risks/issues, and schedule.
¿ Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
¿ Identify any emerging risks/issues, escalate as needed, and identify critical path to resolve.
¿ Execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments.
¿ Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and maintain evidence and systems for record for change.
¿ Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
¿ Strong MS Excel skills to ensure cost reconciled with other systems of record.
¿ 5-7+ years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
¿ Strong organizational and planning skills.
¿ Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget.
¿ Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives.
¿ Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources.
¿ Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments.
¿ Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements.
¿ Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress.
¿ Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s).
¿ Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met.
¿ Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
