Summary:
DWS Consulting delivers the capabilities and transformational outcomes from our portfolio which enables customers to break through barriers. The Delivery Manager is accountable for directly managing the overall consulting engagements to deliver these outcomes. With our growth rate accelerating, DWS Consulting is looking to augment the capacity of the team globally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with senior key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the delivery.
Serve as the primary customer interface regarding engagement execution.
Consistently delivers high value, "client ready" work with minimal supervision.
Manages engagement life cycle deliverables including:
Engagement Estimation
Scope and Deliverables Management
Financial Management
Resource Management
Engagement Scheduling and Status Reporting
Monitor the progress and achievement of deliverables and milestones.
Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency and Change Management
Post Implementation Reviews and Lessons Learnt
Engagement Closure
Actively participates in the delivery of:
Quality Management
Communications
Facilitates project meetings
Manages all project related records
Escalates matters regarding the delivery of project services and outcomes as appropriate
Applies business process methodologies to client business problems. Combines knowledge of business process methodologies with a deep knowledge of their domain and/or solution to sell, design and deliver a full range of solutions
Leads and/or supports the implementation of change management, business process redesign or information planning
Consistently achieves or exceeds engagement revenue, margin, service level objectives and quality targets.
Effectively manages engagement risks, identifying and promptly notifying senior management of the potential impact of such risks and alternative approaches to mitigating them. Client Relationship Management
Builds 'client for life' relationships. Interfaces with the client's technical executives to understand their business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.
Participates in new business opportunities and add-on opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth within the client.
Manages the performance of internal and external service providers in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables and resulting client satisfaction. Interfaces with sub-contractors.
May write accurate and effective statements of work so that both the client and Unisys staff understands the project expectations and roles. May create change orders when additional work is required is outside the original contracted scope and/or services proposal. People Management

You will be successful in this role if you have:
University degree or equivalent education and experience.
Advanced conversational English
Relevant experience within a managed services and consulting business.
8+ years of professional service and project experience managing engagements.
Relevant industry certifications preferable (Prince2, ITIL, PMP, Agile)
Responsible for managing a P&L up to 2M in services value.
Good understanding of Workplace Services Domain (DaaS, MDM, M365, PowerPlatform, VDI, DEM)
Strong understanding of ITIL
Demonstrably strong Project Management
Managed and lead a span up to 35 associates (direct or matrixed).
