Project Manager Branding - Expansion and NCG

As a Project Manager in our branding team with focus on Expansion and Non Commercial Goods, you will be at the forefront of developing and securing labelling and product packaging for ARKET’s internal products used and sold both in-store and online. You will ensure compliance with legal regulations across all markets and align our brand's creative direction with business objectives. Your creative solutions will inspire our customers and community. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS 

Project manage all NCG and expansion related branding projects such as e-commerce packaging, shopping bags, ARKET CAFÉ packaging, gift wrap and all non-garment and PR gifting items.Lead the development of new product packaging, branding on products, or brand concepts based on the needs of buying teams or requests from cross-functional teams.Deliver assigned projects/assets within set strategy, budget, timeframe, and creative direction.Handle all administrative tasks, including invoices, planning timelines, and meetings.Communicate plans clearly and effectively to the project team and other stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams by creating clear processes and collaborative forums.Follow up on samples and take responsibility for final approval, execution, and quality control.Plan work and development with central backbone functions and external producers to meet requested time, price, quality, and production markets.Collaborate with global compliance department to meet compliance rules depending on product type and selling market.Achieve sustainability goals and objectives at the group level.Proactively bring innovative new ideas and explore opportunities.Stay updated on current trends and developments within the company and our segment. 

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in project management or a similar role within marketing and communication. 

Experience in expansion and working with central functions. Exceptional ability to involve and lead team members from different departments. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to achieve set goals. Initiative-driven with a thoughtful and thorough approach to project management. Strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of materials such as paper and other packaging materials. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficient in Excel, Word, and the Office suite.

Additional Information

You will be a part of our Brand & Communication Department and rapport to Head of Branding. This is a full time temporary contract for 1 year based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm
