The Fund Connect team seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst, Vice President to be a service leader to manage the implementation of solutions for clients internally and externally.

The successful candidate will coordinate the solution deployment across various product lines and stakeholder priorities including technical & infrastructure upgrades, business priorities and compliance mandates.  In addition, for specific project, this candidate will also create detailed business and functional requirements (constructing client solutions, workflow charts and diagrams) and work through the SDLC and deployment of such solutions. This position will create, manage and execute project release plans; track milestones and team accountability for deliverables.

The individual will interface between Fund Connect teams, product owners, business analysts, operations, development, QA, infrastructure teams and senior management working cross-functionally across various levels of the organization.  The successful individual in this role will apply their project management, communication, business analysis and teamwork skills to make a strong impact for both the growing Fund Connect platform and our clients.

The specific product Fund Connect is State Street’s market-leading global electronic trading platform for

Money Market Funds, Primary Market ETFs, Liquidity Instruments, and Investment Funds. Fund Connect provides efficiencies to the entire pre- and post-trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes. This role resides within the Fund Connect Business Solution Team, who provide Business Analysis, Project Management, and Product Management.

Project Management / Business Analyst, Vice President, you will

What you will be responsible for:Project Manage in hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodology with focus on deliveryCoordinate and track the project deliverables to ensure we are meeting product initiative set forth in the business roadmap.Communicate and collaborate effectively with many different team members across the business and technology areas. Facilitate and perform reviews of the project plan to ensure key timelines are sufficiently met and that there is consistency in the communication to project partners and senior managers.Work with GlobalLink & Global Markets product managers, business SMEs, clients and other stakeholders to create detailed business requirements and define functional requirements including constructing client solutions, workflow designs/specifications, diagrams and screen mockups.Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure timelines are clear to all parties. Critical project management information shared during strategy, design, development, and release meetings.Develop a deep understanding of existing Fund Connect infrastructure, data-models and database architectureDeliver high-quality, detailed technical documentation business requirements in conjunction with product, technical & business teams including workflow diagrams, GUI definition and screen mock-upsWork autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environmentBuild solid relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups of differing levels of seniorityDevelop and implement Project Management processes and work with groups to define, prioritize, and create detailed project plans and programs.Maintain the technology project portfolio to ensure project management processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) are accounted for, tracked and well documentedLiaise with project stakeholders, both internal and external, on an ongoing basis to ensure stakeholders’ expectations are met.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
