As our  Project Manager of Business Transformation and Innovation, you will be responsible for excelling in the ASICS way of operating, elevating our integrated project management approach and ensuring our strategy-aligned interregional and cross-functional projects are well handled.

Each project can be focused on different functional areas (e.g. IT, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commercial). Ultimately, you will run projects with the clear goal of achieving objectives within the expected performance targets for time, costs, quality, benefits, and risks, utilising the tools, methodology, and best practices available within ASICS.

How you’ll help us.              

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Manager Business Transformation and Innovation, and as part of the role, you’ll:

Facilitating overall transformation, projects, and work streams in collaboration with stakeholders and the steering committee. Delivering large international projects within budget, on time and to the specified quality level. In the process, you will continuously communicate the project’s progress, risks and results to sponsors and senior management. Coordinating the business case process with business control ensuring that all initiatives promote profitable growth. It is essential to clearly analyse and make visible the financial impacts of projects and initiatives while emphasising ROI. Leading assessments, overseeing project results, and translating outcomes into insights to successfully steer transformation. Supporting an aligned strategic roadmap creation and implementing a clear prioritisation process with key stakeholders. Actively driving collaboration with global counterparts and ensuring processes, deliverables, documents, and frameworks are constantly aligned. Building the appropriate structure to manage, guide and lead the respective (virtual) project teams effectively, identifying and motivating the right stakeholders to ensure a smooth project delivery.

 

More about you.  

Qualification in a related field focusing on Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Five years of relevant business experience, in a project management position. Knowledge and experience in operational performance management, Lean, and continuous improvement principles. Proven track record in problem-solving and interdisciplinary project management. Ability to think strategically, analyse data and develop innovative solutions.
