Project Manager CE Move
Overview Project Manager for CE Move function, being a member of the Performance and Productivity team, reporting to the Productivity Senior Manager. You will join a team of 6 Project Managers covering the E2E productivity agenda for Central Europe. Location: Central Europe (Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Greece) Why should you join this team? You’re lead LSS Move function for CE & Ukraine ensuring 20% of total productivity comes from continuous improvement initiatives You’re initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects that support multiple teams You’re following a deep understanding of KPIs (e.g. Days on Hand, Days in Inventory & Labor efficiencies) meaning, calculations and factors affecting them, initiate work streams to tackle inefficiencies You’re innovating and taking advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions developed elsewhere within the organization and successfully replicating them within CE Move functions You’re building business cases for capital investment and tracking and delivering productivity. This role is also responsible for supporting productivity pipeline development for a long-term period and supporting other productivity initiatives in the evaluation and potential calculation. The main area of focus is warehouse automation You’re supporting delivery of warehouse automation projects following PepsiCo Standards and Specifications for Warehouse Engineering, managing process design, natural hazard reviews, equipment vendor management, tender reviews, capital funding applications, and commissioning to handover project stages. Qualifications What will you bring to the team? 3+ years of experience in the Move process, Warehouse and Distribution Certified LSS Belt with a track record of continuous improvement initiatives Project management experience in the similar areas Out-of-the-box thinking on resolving chronic issues Self-motivation: taking the initiative to look for optimization opportunities based on data-driven analysis Team player, self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures
