Description and Requirements Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Project accounting experience is required.Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
