As an Associate, you will be responsible to spearhead change and transformation initiatives within the Payments Product Innovation space. Conduct operations impact analyses on new business initiatives, ensuring consideration of capacity, operating models, and regulatory obligations. Define operational requirements during solution design and oversee readiness activities for new product implementations
Job responsibilities
Participate in a global team to drive change and transformation initiatives in the Payments Product Innovation space.Conduct operations impact analysis on new business initiatives, considering capacity, operating model, and regulatory obligations.Ensure operational requirements are defined during solution design.Oversee operational readiness activities for new product implementation.Develop trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.Foster an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility.Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address strategic priorities.Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and senior management.Coordinate meetings, set agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and facilitate communication.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
University/Masters Degree with at least 8 years Operations/Technology and/or Product experience with good understanding in eCommerce, FinTech or Payment Innovation. Full understanding of Treasury Services business, operations and technology strategyTechnologically savvy. Good knowledge in Data Analytics/Data Visualization and/or Intelligent Automation on prior portfolios coverageStrong execution skills and hands on experience working on one or more of these areas: Real Time Payments, Blockchain, FX, Payments Innovation, e-commerce, Alternative Payments, ISO20022 transformation and SWIFT Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client serviceAdaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to operate within new work structures, processes or requirements
