Our client is a leader in maritime construction and is actively in the process of growing their team! We are looking for a Project Manager to mentor and manage the Civil department. You would be responsible for guiding, leading and managing the engineering and the construction of shipyards. The position is targeted at candidates who have experience with civil projects and would like to specialise in maritime construction, is this you? Then read on!

Responsibilities:

Creating project plans, timelines and managing budgets. Coordinating with engineering production and QC departments. Carrying out risk assessments and contingency plans. Preparing reports on project progress to relevant stakeholders. Being a mentor to teammates.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a project manager with a track-record in civil projects.  Experience in either naval or civil industry. Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects at the same time. Customer oriented with strong people skills. Effective communication skills in English and Dutch.
