The role exists to bridge the gap between field-level employees and corporate leadership, ensuring smooth implementation of technical systems while maintaining the company's commitment to exceptional healthcare staffing services. The Impact you’ll make\n\nSystems & Technical Leadership\nProvide technical support to internal and external staff\nTroubleshoot and implement new system requirements\nEstablish system protocols for new enhancements\nAssist in automation development

\n\n\n\n\nProcess Improvement\nAnalyze current business processes\nMake recommendations based on professional business knowledge\nCreate and develop monitoring tools\nImprove training and operational procedures

\n\n\n\n\nProject Management\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables\nOversee implementation projects from start to finish\nCoordinate with HD Lead on improvement areas\nEnsure efficient team operations

\n\n\n\n\nStakeholder Management\nWork directly with teams to understand operational needs\nCoordinate with management on organizational initiatives\nCommunicate process changes across all organizational levels\nSupport training initiatives\n\n\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in any of these roles:\nBusiness Systems Coordinator/Administrator\nProject Coordinator\nOperations Coordinator\nProcess Improvement Specialist\nTechnical Support Coordinator\nAdministrative Operations Specialist\n\n\nDemonstrated skills in:\nBasic project management (planning, coordination, documentation)\nTechnical troubleshooting\nProcess documentation and improvement\nTraining or knowledge transfer\n\n\nTechnical background must include:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)\nExperience with business systems or workplace software\nBasic understanding of automation tools\nComfort with learning new software platforms\n\n\nCommunication experience through:\nWriting technical documentation\nCreating process guides\nDelivering training\nCross-team collaboration\n\n\nBonus experience (not required):\nHealthcare industry background\nCustomer service experience\nVirtual collaboration tools\nBPO/Outsourcing industry experience\n\n\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n

Work Setup:\nRemote position\nMust have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace\nRequired to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system\nWorking Hours:\nMonday to Friday\nFixed schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM PST (8 hours daily, 40 hours per week)\nCompensation:\n$13 per hour\nNo benefits package included\n
