Skillset requirements
As a Project Manager in a digital services organization your task is to manage and deliver large/mid-scale digital projects, significant RFCs or sub-elements of large-scale digital projects. Your objective is to conduct the projects and programs within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on consumers’ expectations and requirements. Planning, executing and tracking projects / programs in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be focusing on market development, resource management, vendor management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project/ Program DeliveryDeliver projects end-to-end successfully, ideally through effective application of PMI/Agile methodology.Coordinate and support / align with respective functions for business case creation about new requestsDevelop programs / processes to support Ecom / Digital Leadership teams to work more efficientlyDevelop detailed plans that allow providing transparency on progress and identifying risks on time.Identify interdependencies with other projects and solve issues proactively.Drive continuous improvement of products, processes or systems within the project scope and give input to global for considerationResource PlanningForm, lead, manage and monitor multi-functional team resources (internals and externals) to deliver and support projects.Partner with Supplier Management/ Procurement department in order to manage suppliers for the projects & programs in scope, e.g. interviews, staffing, supplier costs.CommunicationAct as the key contact person for major local / global stakeholders.Apply appropriate and effective communication methods to senior management and important stakeholders (incl. vendor) throughout the project/program lifecycle.As conflicts and escalations arise within projects/programs, identify solutions and drive their resolution in a timely and appropriate manner.Manage change within projects and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.Project/Program ControllingManage project controlling as an independent element to ensure that actual project costs are in line the committed budget.Conduct engagement reviews. Verify compliance with quality assurance procedures. Validate if project are delivering against program KPIs.Monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against plan in order to implement corrective or preventive actions.Agile TransformationDrive the implementation of elements of the transformation to full agile working mode and facilitate agile adoption.Contribute to developing and orchestrating the demand & delivery processFacilitate initial demand discussionsMarket DevelopmentCreate business cases for your market with support from the local/global Analytics team to evaluate growth opportunities.Propose priorities for market rollouts based on business potential and market specific needs.Implement base platform capabilities, build by global, required to fulfill business cases, together with IT.
