Project Manager/Coordinator

A large retail employer is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and streamline across multiple teams. You will be tasked with creating a standardized onboarding and offboarding experience for multiple teams within our client's FP&A org. You will help document and standardize processes while gathering info and creating status updates for recurring leadership calls during collaboration sessions. You will enable more efficiency within the FP&A org. You will help consolidate decks and documentation into cohesive PowerPoints, Confluence, Jira and SharePoint - allowing stakeholders to check on the status of all projects at any given time.
Additional responsibilities include:
Coordinate with all teams to get processes documented.
Coordinate collaboration sessions with the teams for gathering info and creating status updates for recurring leadership calls.
Coordinate All Hands meetings and power point slides for the calls.
Coordinate internal financial review sessions within our team.
Capture and document Big Wins and Recognition for our team.
