Turner Industries Group L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple nested Maintenance sites in the Corpus Christi, TX area.\n

Functional Requirements:\n\nResponsible for client satisfaction, site leadership, safety, and overall performance of maintenance sites in the area.\nUnderstanding of and previous responsibility for finances and budgeting\/ profit and loss.\nMonitors and ensures ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time and funding parameters.\nParticipates in the review of project proposals and plans to identify and remove roadblocks on time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotments of available resources to various phases of project personnel.\nProvides guidance to project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates site supervision to ensure work progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.\nReview and present proposals for management, clients, and staff.\nMust be able to pass a background check and drug screen\n\n

Educational and Experience Requirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related degrees Preferred\nAt least 10 years of management experience, primarily in the petrochemical and refining industry\nGoogle Applications (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Slides)\nCommercial Cost and Scheduling Programs\n\n

May be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.; reaching in all directions; handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; standing \/ sitting; walking; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction; typing \/ data entry\n
