This role will support the West Desert Test Center Mission Support Services (WDTC MSS) program with the ARMY Division. JOB DETAILS LOCATION: Dugway Proving Ground, UT JOB STATUS: Full-time TRAVEL: Estimated at 10% REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in science or engineering from an accredited university. EXPERIENCE LEVEL: A minimum of five years of project management experience with Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, preferably in chemical or biological defense programs; or equivalent. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams of chemists, scientists, and engineers in planning and executing test programs. Skilled in marketing, identifying customer requirements, developing cost-effective solutions, and leading proposal efforts, including preparing cost estimates. Expertise in planning, executing, and managing multiple concurrent projects. Proficient in developing and managing work breakdown structures (WBS) and applying earned value management (EVM). Demonstrated ability to monitor, report, and present project cost, schedule, and performance metrics to stakeholders. ADDITIONAL: Must be proficient in using MS® Project or similar project management software. Must be competent in basic computer software (MS® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of test programs. Actively engage with customers to understand requirements and develop tailored, cost-effective solutions. Drive proposal development efforts, including cost estimation and business development strategies. Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee project organization through work breakdown structures and apply earned value management to measure progress. Provide detailed project updates and performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
