The Project Manager Manufacturing position is a full-time role that will be responsible for managing projects within the realm of custom automation and precision machining to manager the design and built of automated assembly systems.. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The position requires a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:Develop project plans, timelines, and budgetsManage and coordinate all phases of the production processCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completionAnalyze and report project performance metricsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with project deliveryManage resources and project scope to stay within budgetProvide guidance and direction to team membersEnsure timely and accurate project communicationsStay current on manufacturing technologies and industry trendsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industryManage custom automation projects ranging in size for $125,000 to 2 million dollarsStrong understanding of project management principlesUnderstanding of custom automation and/or automated assembly systemsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
