What you’ll do:

Our Electrical Services organization in EMEA is a fast-growing business responsible of life cycle management of all of our Electrical products, systems and software portfolio. We are serving customers in Data Centers, Utilities & Energy, Industries, Buildings, Healthcare segments by providing installation, commissioning, warranty care, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting services, spare parts, equipment life extension, modernization and end of life services. The division has very ambitious Growth plans for 2025 and forward, technical innovation & strategic development initiatives are being deployed at the moment 

As the Project Manager- Customer Order Execution Lead, you will lead and manage the division’s post-order activities through the implementation of clear processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. The order management process involves overseeing the entire cycle, from order creation to fulfillment. Your role includes developing highly skilled and motivated Order Management & Engineering teams and implementing an End-To-End Project Management mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

Own the financial forecast of existing division backlog, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data in orderbook dashboard. Support on the SIOP process.Prepare ad-hoc reports with KPIs (i.e. On-time delivery, order entry lead time...)  Implement proper handover process from Tender to Order Management teams.Own and improve the order acknowledgment / confirmation process by plants.Manage plant production capacity vs demand and partner with Operations if any gap is foreseen.Assess Order Management & Engineering teams’ workload and support hiring new resources when needed.  Set up regular project execution reviews for the most complex or critical orders. Monitor the post-price capture and indexation across the portfolio.Review with Operations regularly the overall lead times of the various products. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as engineering, supply chain, or business10+ years of experience in Project Management and/or a strong background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and LogisticsExperience in demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory managementProven track record of developing and implementing process improvementsTechnical knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systemsIn-depth knowledge of computerized order management processes, ideally SAPProficient in creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing prioritiesSkills: Ability to manage change and process improvementsStrong team management, project management, commercial, and negotiation skillsStrong managerial, organizational, presentation, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work within an international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organizationWhat we offer: Competitive compensation and benefits packageChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamWe make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possibleWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton UniversityWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
