**Role Overview:** CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in completing many successfully completed ERP projects. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) projects at our customers. This primarily involves delivering the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time. In doing so, you monitor and report on all aspects of the project so that it meets organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Main contract for the customer.
+ Develop a project plan with clear objectives that are approved by the steering committee.
+ Organize the project kick-off, ensuring that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project plan.
+ During the duration of the project, motivate and guide the project staff towards the objectives to be achieved.
+ Conduct regular project evaluations and feedback interviews.
+ Advise the client throughout the ERP implementation process and take the lead in internal and external project meetings.
+ Identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks and changes.
+ Constantly update the project plan so that it remains "up to date.
+ Work closely together with the Solution Architect, who is (ultimately) responsible for the substantive solution for the client.
+ Involved in various projects where the lead time and project pressure can vary. On average, our projects run between 9 and 15 months, from kick-off to go live.
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the ERP world.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) is an advantage but not essential.
+ Bachelor or Master degree
+ Training or courses in project management.
+ An excellent knowledge of the functional and technical specifications involved in ERP implementation projects.
+ Excellent leadership skills.
+ Certified in at least one project methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK is a must.
+ Willingness to travel.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $119,400 to $143,900. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
