ObjectivesLead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the projectCollaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goalsWork closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROIRemain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project managementWork closely with all engineers to maintain and properly document all processes and functions of the analytics teamsResponsibilitiesPlan and prioritize product development and product feature backlogDevelop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teamsDefining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the processServe as the lead in team documentation for new and updated processes and features to the analytics teamsManaging the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirementsAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategyMitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goalsLead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalitiesServe as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questionsRequired Skills and QualificationsFive or more years of experience in product developmentIn-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project managementUnderstanding of business value related to features and functionsOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholdersPreferred Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related disciplineExperience working with data warehouse/analytics teamsProficiency with applicable project management tools ( Charts/Azure Dev Ops/Confluence) and technology (SQL Server/SnowFlake teams)
