The Project Manager in (Division 8 or 10) is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific division within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in order to coordinate tasks and deliver results. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking progress, budgeting, ensuring quality standards are met, and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans and timelines for the assigned division.Communicate project objectives, timelines, budget, and progress to stakeholders.Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and capital assets.Ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables.Control project costs and timelines.Provide ongoing guidance and support to project teams.Identify and escalate project-related risks and issues.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Comsense experienceProject Management or Estimating experience1+ year in the Doors and Hardware industry (Division 8)Prior experience in project management and/or division management.Expert knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
