Project Manager - E&C
Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution phase of large-scale projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this long-term contract position involves overseeing field operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relations with precision. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including staff management, safety protocols, and contract administration. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as engineering, procurement, and development to ensure seamless project operations. • Develop and implement project management plans, including cost controls, scheduling, and quality assurance processes. • Manage commissioning and start-up activities to ensure the operational readiness of facilities. • Serve as the company representative for regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and public relations efforts. • Approve payments and authorize expenditures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure objectives are achieved within set constraints. • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers to maintain project alignment. • Lead efforts in validating procedures, operations, and readiness plans. • Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the execution phase with innovative problem-solving approaches. Requirements • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $200 million. • Expertise in project planning, cost management, and time management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. • Familiarity with contract administration and payment processing. • Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and operational readiness procedures. • Excellent communication skills, including experience in public relations and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to represent the company to regulatory agencies and community organizations. • Proficiency in tools and systems related to project management and validation plans.
