CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Finance, IT or Business Engineering3+ years in IT project management and passionate about this fieldKnowledge in the field of software developmentExcellent language skills in English and UkrainianCharismatic and optimistic in day-to-day work as well as patient, confident and determined

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Pilot and implement IT projects end to end Planning and coordinating the work of implementation teams (analysts, designers, developers, tech. team leaders), motivating team membersManaging the project scope, schedule and budgetIdentification and management of project risksGenerating and implementing continuous improvement ideasWork in close collaboration with the Client project manager and his teamsConducting presentations for clients’ project stakeholders
