Project Manager EIMEA – INDIA based in New Delhi / Gurgaon areaSUMMARY: “From contract to first patient treatment”
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from “Contract to First patient” across EIMEA Region (Europe India Middle East and Africa).
This position is home-office based in New Delhi / Gurgaon area - India.
This is a pivot role, internally and for customers, being the first point of contact during the implementation phase. This role is also supporting the commercial teams in pre-sales phase with any project related or site planning issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Sales team by doing site visits, feasibility study, meetings with customers or customers’ partners for the project as agreed with the sales representatives and providing relevant documentations (drawings, site planning guides etc.…).Work with Accuray customers (Hospital, Clinics or Distributors in indirect countries) to support them achieving a seamless project implementation.Manage internal stakeholder interactions and expectations as part of day-to-day project management. Ensure completion of the project/product objectives on schedule and within budget constraints.Coordinate all aspects of the project (site planning, manufacturing, shipment, installation, physics support, training, financial - Revenue) according to contract fulfillment corporate guidelines and in a cost-effective way. A project is mainly a new system (CyberKnife© or Tomotherapy©), a system upgrade or any other “project” assigned by the company. Duration can range from a couple of months to more than a year.Assist customers with site preparation (“Site Planning”) according to procedure and projects specific requirements.Managing turnkey projects for our customers opting for this offer.Manage third party vendors supplying equipment or services to Accuray during the project.Contribute to the revision / creation of documents that support the site planning and project management activities.Track projects / upgrades activities by using appropriate documentation, applications and indicators.Handle internal and external communication during the execution phase of project (reporting to Head office, timeline communication with customers etc.)Ensure that revenue is accurately forecasted, and timely recognized managing project timeline and discussions / negotiations as needed with customers in coordination with the sales team.Take initiatives as needed to increase customer satisfaction and process efficiency.The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Systems) or other skills related to position required; MBA preferred; or equivalent work experienceAt least 3-5 years of project management, engineering or manufacturing experience with high technology electrical/electronic products.Strong project Management skills – 6 sigma or green belt background is a plus.Experience with medical devices and regulatory standards highly preferred.Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills and teamwork capabilities.Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.Must be assertive, with strong convictions, integrity and excellent problem-solving abilities.Must be able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.Ability to interact with construction planners, architects, physicians, salespersons, account managers and customers at all levels including executives.English: Fluent spoken and written.An ability to travel extensively is required, up to 60% travel time.To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
