About The Role
Reporting to the Contract Manager Program Lead, the role of the Project Manager is to successfully manage the Project scope of work on any given project.
The position will be working within our Infrastructure Services division with our Victorian Electricity team.
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring all Company, project, Client and statutory authority quality assurance systems, standards and procedures are complied with and continually reviewed and maintained throughout the project. Ensuring work is completed to the satisfaction of both the Project Sponsor and the Client, safely, within agreed time frames and budgets. Improving the tendered gross contribution on all contracts by improving the labour, production, material procurement and other job control functions. Managing project resources so that appropriately skilled & trained project personnel are available to conduct project tasks. Monitor the utilisation of personnel; provide training, mentoring & career development support as determined by Client and project requirements. Consulting directly with the Client and contractor Representatives on and off site in a professional & timely manner and to develop and enhance relationship with all stakeholders. Effectively manage the review, submission, negotiation and settlement of all invoicing, compensation events, delays, and claims with the client. Maintain regular client contact and maintain a successful working relationship. Prepare monthly contract financial reports, including labour analysis, material analysis, variation submission reports and others as required. Compliance of the installation with contract documents, relevant standards and codes of practice including project plans and client specifications.About You
