Project Manager/ Engagement Manager
Job Description:

The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully according to scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to guide teams through various stages of the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning:

o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

o Identify project risks and prepare mitigation strategies.

· Team Management:

o Define roles and responsibilities and ensure effective collaboration.

o Manage project resources, assign tasks, and track progress.

o Facilitate team meetings and ensure continuous communication.

· Budget and Resource Management:

o Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

o Responsible and accountable for project financial status and reporting at all levels.

o Track resource usage and ensure optimal allocation.

o Approve and manage project expenditures.

· Risk Management:

o Identify potential project risks and issues and take proactive steps to mitigate them.

o Adjust project plans as necessary to address changes in scope, timeline, or resources.

· Stakeholder Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

o Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

o Gather feedback and adjust the project plan as needed to meet client expectations.

· Quality Control:

o Ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

o Oversee testing and validation processes as needed.

· Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, meeting notes, and final deliverables.

o Prepare and present regular project status reports.

Required Skills:5-10 years of Quality / relevant process experience in GxP regulatory environment in Pharma or FoodPMP certificationAbility to lead and manage an onshore and offshore teamUnderstanding Life science, food or consumer manufacturing plant applications and processLife at Capgemini
