**Job Description**
• Develop cross functional project team and lead team for the project
• Builds alignment of project plan with cross functional team and manage projects.
• Analyze Profit and Loss of the project for NPD(New Product Development).
• Report projects to PAC(Project Approval Committee) and get PAC approval for NPD.
• Conduct project lifecycle management.
**Work Description**
- Make project plans and manage project schedule
- Manage open issues during NPD (New Project Development)
- Collect quotation from CFT (Cross Functional Team)
- Analyze Profit and Loss for NPD
- Improve project margin based on financial target
- Support existing business (Capacity Increase, cost analysis so on)
- Report project to PAC and request PAC’s approval for business start
- Lead follow up actions after PAC
- Build project team (Cross Functional Team)
**Qualifications**
•Business English
•Knowledge Electrical & Electronics and mechanical engineering
•Negotiation skills
•Project Management Tool experience
**Experience**
•Have experience over than 10 year in Automotive
•Project management skills
•Technical presentation skills
•Negotiation skills
