Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients as well as internal operations and planning teams to ensure bid accuracyTeam up with other Episodic Post Project managers to assign, supervise, and load-level scheduler work (from order creation through to timely billing of projects).Responsible for the seamless transition of work from day to swing/night and weekend shifts and efficient planning of operational resources to fulfill project needsDrive each project to successful completion by conducting pre-production meetings and attending other meetings as required to adhere to the project budget and ensure timely billingDaily effective communication with clients, client concierge, and talent to ensure sessions go well; in addition to meeting/exceeding customer expectationsKeep stakeholders informed of overall project progress and issues as they arise and liase with Planning and Operations departments to ensure projects stay on trackWork closely with Operations management teams to evaluate client feedback and troubleshoot/resolve client and internal operational issues, including escalation of critical client facing issues in a timely mannerIdentify potential overages prior to additional work being started, and work with clients to review the options and workable solutionsActively participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance quality, increase productivity, and drive efficienciesQualificationsLet’s Talk About You…

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
